Shipping and Handling
All orders received within the United States and U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested). As most of our items are made to order (especially for you) shipment date varies dependant upon product development time. Expected shipment time is listed on each product page. This time frame is an estimate, and most often you can expect us to ship your purchase the earliest of the time frame listed.

Free Shipping: Happy New Year! Offer is limited for the month of January. Order during January 1 through January 31, and MissLovelyCA will ship your package FREE! Enter "Made in the USA " in the comments field during paypal checkout, and we will credit your paypal account when order is shipped.

Safety & Care
Many of Miss Lovely's products contain small pieces. Utmost care goes into creating each piece, and should withstand normal wear and tear, but please keep in mind that NO item can be guaranteed to never get a loose crystal, or get a loose thread! Children under 3 years of age should NEVER be left unattended while the embellished garments. ALWAYS remove the garment from your child when she is not under constant and direct responsible adult supervision. Please follow the care and content labels of each garment. Many of our pieces are embellished and in order to maintain their original beauty for years to come, it is necessary to follow the laundering instructions.

Payment Options
Payments are made via Paypal, a free service that allows you to charge purchases to a major credit card, or to electronically transfer funds from your bank account via a secure server. For more information about Paypal, please visit their website at paypal.com.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please CONTACT US VIA EMAIL at info@misslovelyca.com before you place an order. We will wait until the personal check has cleared the bank before we can ship your purchase.

Return Policy
We take utmost care to provide you with the highest quality of craftsmanship. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately upon receipt of package.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you're not satisfied with an item and want an exchange or refund, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via email at info@misslovelyca.com for a Return Approval Number . Returned items for refund must be in the original state (damage free), new and in unused condition. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and/or packing slip.

Items returned without insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be responsible for any charges for items that are lost in transit to us for an exchange or refund. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

All returns should include a note stating the reason for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges in cases of fraud.
